About Barbara R Butler

Barbara enjoys meeting people and working on a wide variety of legal issues, including estate planning and probate matters. She is also well versed in real estate transactions, business formation, and property taxation. During law school, Barbara served as Editor-in-Chief for the Arizona Law Review and upon graduation worked as the law clerk to the Honorable Jose D.L. Marquez, retired, at the Colorado Court of Appeals. Barbara has successfully defended a challenge to ditch owner rights, presented oral argument before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court and effectively represented clients across Colorado and from as far away as England and Australia.

When not working, Barbara takes pleasure in spending time with her husband, Bradley, visiting friends and family across the United States and supporting talented artists and musicians to reach their full potential.
