About Rob Pierce

Rob's practice focuses on water-rights law and related issues. Rob has litigated before both the District Court and the Water Court and has successfully argued appeals before the Supreme Court of Colorado.

Rob's clients include governmental entities such as water conservation districts, irrigation districts, and water and sanitation districts, as well as ranchers, developers, and individual landowners. Those clients count on Rob to help them secure or retain the all-important water rights they need for their land. He keeps up with policy changes and works closely with the Division Engineers, Water Court Referees, private sector engineers and hydrologists, and attorneys in the Water Rights Bar.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys mountain biking, telemark skiing, and photography.
