Bill Frey moves to Senior Partner
Dear Clients:
In January 2018 our Partner, William H.T. Frey, will be moving to Washington State and will assume the role of Senior Partner. As Bill starts to wind down his practice locally, we will be assigning other attorneys here at Dufford Waldeck to handle his open matters and to get to know his clients. Bill will continue in an advisory role to assist the attorneys here in any way he can.
Bill has been instrumental in the success of our firm and has shown his generosity to our community. He says,
“I love practicing law with my partners and the many fantastic clients I have come to know. You have brought me complex legal challenges and sought my advice on issues big and small. I have been delighted to be a part of your planning and success. However, because of my move out of state, starting in 2018 I will begin to transition all new work for my clients to other attorneys in the firm.
Even though I will no longer accept new legal work directly, I will be available by email and telephone to assist you in the transition to another attorney in the firm and to smooth the transition in any way I can. Thank you for allowing me to represent you in your legal matters; it has been both my pleasure and my honor to serve the people of Western Colorado for these many years.”
