Welcome Kate Jaquith!

We're happy to announce that Katherine E. Jaquith ("Kate") has joined our firm as an Associate.

Kate graduated with her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law in 2016, before obtaining an LL.M in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Policy from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2017.

During her legal studies, she worked at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and participated in the University of Denver’s Environmental Law Clinic where she worked on Clean Air Act litigation against the EPA. Prior to coming to Dufford Waldeck, she worked as a landman in the oil & gas industry and hopes to use her diverse background to better serve clients.

Kate grew up in New York before attending the University of Vermont, where she performed on the Dance Team and completed a B.A. in Political Science with minors in Environmental Studies and History. Her love for the outdoors brought her West to Colorado and she spends most of her free time hiking and campin

g with her dog, Becket.
