Join us in welcoming Arie Mielkus as our newest Associate Attorney!

Arie is joining our team at Dufford Waldeck as an Associate Attorney after 3 years of practice as a Deputy Public Defender. Arie is experienced in litigation and will be a valuable asset to our team. Her passion for civil law is what inspired her to become an attorney in the first place. She will be practicing Litigation, Water Law, Environmental/Natural Resource Law, Real Estate Law , and Estate Planning here at Dufford Waldeck.

Outside of the office, Arie enjoys exploring Western Colorado with her 4-year old. Her favorite outdoor activities include paddle boarding, hiking, and running. Arie also enjoys delving into a good read with her go-to genres being non-fiction and poetry.
