Meet our Litigation Paralegal, Becky Winegard

Our paralegal Becky Winegard has never met a litigation issue she didn’t embrace with gusto. The speed with which Becky can understand and organize a case makes her an invaluable resource to our litigators Nate Keever, Sam Starritt, Annie Murphy, and Chris McAnany.

Becky has been with us just over a year and has taken over the management of many of the litigation cases for the firm. Her jump-in-and-help attitude is appreciated every day by other attorneys and staff members too.

Becky’s a graduate from CMU with a BA in English Writing and received her Masters’ from Western Governors University in Utah.

After a hectic week at the office, Becky loves to head to the Mesa or a mountain lake to hike and fish with her dog Skeeter, son Jaxson, and husband Tim. Becky also plays soccer with a local adult league, so don’t try to outrun her! We couldn’t be happier Becky found her home here at Dufford Waldeck.
