ABOUT SHELLY
From her 14+ years of experience as a municipal attorney, Shelly Dackonish brings a unique perspective to real estate law. Land use law is her third language (French is her second), and her time advising a municipal planning department honed her skills at interpreting municipal codes. Shelly also excels in providing clients with peace of mind by creating complex contracts and thoughtful development plans.
Shelly loves to take her client’s goals and translate them into legal documents that minimize risk and maximize success.
Outside of the office, Shelly’s passion is yoga, and the trikonasana (triangle) pose is her favorite. A position with three corners needs a strong foundation from which to rise, a philosophy she embodies on the yoga mat and in the office. Shelly believes that life and business are not zero-sum-games; rather, there is always a path that lifts up everyone.
