Our newest Partner, Shelly Dackonish

Dufford Waldeck is excited to announce Shelly Dackonish has become a partner with the firm as of January 1st, 2022. Shelly joins the eight current partners in guiding the firm’s successful law practice.

Shelly joined Dufford Waldeck in 2019, after 14 years with the Grand Junction City Attorney's Office. Shelly brought her unique perspective and fine reputation as a real estate, land development, and municipal law specialist.

“I am honored to be joining the firm as a partner,” says Shelly, “and happy to continue working hard as a part of a team focused on bringing high quality service to our clients and the community.”

Shelly earned her JD from the University of Colorado School of Law, and her BA in French from University of Iowa. Outside of the office, Shelly's passions are yoga, reading, and paddle-boarding.
